WSDAC Deputy Director Nikola Zlatanović visited the UNESCO Category 2 Centre “International Centre for Water Hazard and Risk Management (ICHARM)” in Tsukuba, Japan in March 2016 to discuss ideas on future cooperation within the UNESCO International Flood Initiative (IFI) and International Drought Initiative (IDI).
