A seminar titled “Climate Change and Its Impact on Water Resources and Municipal Infrastructure”, organized by the Milutin Milankovitch Association and the Jaroslav Černi Institute for the Development of Water Resources, was held in Belgrade from 11 to 13 September 2012.
Through lectures by leading global experts, followed by discussions, the goal of the seminar was to familiarize attendees with the physical processes which lead to climate change, focusing on the understanding of the scale of the problem and the motivation to apply effective measures to cope with and adapt to climate change.
